my inaugural pop-up dinner was a three course plant-based dinner celebrating love for each and every beating heart. beginning with biodynamic drinks and live music, guests were then invited to descend into a chandelier-lit dining room with live-garden walls. food was provided by sydney's first vegetarian butcher suzy spoons, sydney's first organic raw wholefoods cafe sadhana kitchen, and social enterprise the bread and butter project. table decorations sourced from my own collection and the vintage kitchen
