dining in the glow of copper barrels at sydney's first independent distillery since the 1850s, archie rose. the evening celebrated local produce, serving a seasonal four-course dinner with matched drinks infused with Australian botanicals. the menu was designed collaboratively between myself, chef eddie stewart from black star pastryarchie rose founder will edwards and cocktail connoisseurs  jon carr, lachlan beange and jonathan liu. table decorations were sourced from my own collection and lunatiques vintage and design collective.
