my first dinner in Europe was held in an rustic underground wine bar in the heart of London. i worked with local plant-based chefs to design a hearty three-course dining experience, while sommeliers from english wine & spirits co recommended the best wines from the region. the gorgeous glass bottles on the table were up-cycled from venue's own collection.
